Yes, we use Razorpay’s PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway which ensures industry-standard encryption and data security. Your card or UPI details are never stored on our servers.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking link and courier details. You can also track your order by logging into your AltTribe account and checking your order history.

Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. International shipping may be available for select items—please contact support for details before placing an order.

We offer a 7-day return and refund window for eligible products:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

  • Certain personal or clearance items may not be returnable.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before it’s shipped. After shipping, cancellations are not guaranteed. Use the cancellation option in your order history or contact us directly.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. If you haven’t received it, check your bank or Razorpay transaction details. Still stuck? Contact our support team for assistance.
