Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel an order before it ships. To cancel, please email us or use the contact form within 24 hours of ordering. If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once an item has shipped, you cannot cancel it – see the returns procedure below.
Returns & Exchanges – Eligibility: We gladly accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If your product arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a return or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
Defective/Misdescribed: For damaged or misdescribed goods, we will fully refund or replace the item (including return shipping) at no extra charge to you. This follows consumer protection rules that require refunds for faulty or misrepresented products.
Change of Mind/Size Exchanges: If you change your mind (e.g. wrong size or color) and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, you are responsible for return shipping, and the refund (or exchange) will be processed once we receive and inspect the item. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind on sale or clearance items.
Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned unless defective – for example, gift cards, intimates, or customized products. Also, any item returned more than 7 days after delivery will generally not be accepted.
Return Procedure: To return an item, please:
Email our support with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm if the item is eligible for return and provide instructions.
Pack the item securely (preferably in its original box) and ship it back to us with a traceable service.
Keep proof of shipment until the return is complete.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued promptly (usually within 7 business days) to the original payment method. Note that shipping fees are non‑refundable (unless the return is due to our error), and any import duties or local taxes are non-refundable.
